Product description :
The MILLBIND 420 automatic bookbinder machine is the member of the LAMIBIND product family. It is professional, which satisfies extensive requirements in its category. It can mill the height of 2 mm from the spine of the book and hereby it is suitable to bind folded books as well. The slitting knives mounted in the milling disk assure the better adhesion strength of the glue. The pressure of the vice and the binding of the book are electromechanical. The binding time is adjustable, and when the adjusted time is over, the machine returns to its initial position. High-capacity vacuuming system takes care of effective extraction of paper chips and glue vapours occured during operation.

1 - After closing of the vice the starting is automatic. The document passes through the slitting system then the gluing of the document is made.
2 - Put the document to be bind in the vice then press the forward but-ton. The setting of the document and the opening of the vice is automatic.
3 - The binding of the document is made automatically
4 - After pressing the backwards button, the vice opens and returns to its initial position.
5 - Put the Cover sheet on the binding unit.

The “stuck square back” is an universal binding system, the device prepares and diffuses the glue and fits the cover into the warm glue.
