The RBS BindMate is the compact, user-friendly puncher and comb binding solution for occasional use in the home or small office. Light and portable, it won’t take up much space on your desktop or home office and comes with an integrated carry handle for easy transportation.


Whether you want to produce internal reports, school projects or presentations, this manual puncher and comb binder enables you to create professional, editable A4 documents from your desktop, ranging from 2 x 80gsm pages up to 125 sheets using a 14mm comb.


The RBS BindMate features a one-arm punch handle which makes punching up to 8 sheets at a time easy and quick. In addition, you can simply use the 4-hole punch unit to prepare sheets for traditional file archiving purposes. An easy-access Clippings Tray tidily collects the paper waste from the punching process for quick and mess-free disposal.


The RBS BindMate brings you all the benefits associated with classic comb binding. You can add, replace or remove individual pages whenever required, saving you the time and expense of reproducing a whole document if you only want to update a single page. And the bound pages lie flat which makes reports easy to read and photocopying quick and easy.
