This is the entry level machine that offers the reliability, accuracy and productivity that thousands of users around the world have come to expect. Operating at a speed of 5,550 sheets per hour the AutoCreaser is a 33cm wide machine using our proven Joy-Stick control system. In line with all our new products the AutoCreaser has the new Morgana PosiFeed feeding system where the drum stops as the vacuum pulls the sheet down before the drum starts to feed. This significant change will enable the feeder to be piled higher and feed the most difficult of stocks.

The AutoCreaser uses a heavy duty creasing die and matrix to give unmatched quality on a wide variety of material, particularly if the grain is running in the wrong direction or where cracking occurs on the substrate caused by the printing system.

Whether it be on the grounds of cost, productivity or ease of operation the Morgana range of creasing machines offer unmatched performance and value and are testimony to the Morgana policy of designing first class solutions for document finishing problems.

· The AutoCreaser uses the latest digital measuring technology to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
· Up to 16 creases can be positioned on a sheet in one pass.
· Micro adjustment to 0.1mm can be made for those often repeated jobs.
· The AutoCreaser uses a heavy duty creasing die and matrix to give unmatched quality creasing whether running short or long grain.
· Easy to use controls allow an operator to dial in the required crease positions.
· An optional jogger can be linked to the AutoCreaser.
· The AutoCreaser can handle a sheet size up to 630mm x 330mm (24.8 inches x 13 inches) automatically and longer if you hand feed.
